For our flower products, please allow at least 4 days in advance for placing the order.

Once your order have been placed, you will receive a conformation email with details of your order and payment.

If there is any missing information or any changes, please contact us via WhatsApp or email for changes 48 hours before your delivery date. We will reply and confirm once we receive any update or enquiry.

ABOUT DELIVERY

ARTZII provides store, MTR pick-up and local delivery services.

Pick-up in store (1/F, 52 Gage Street, Central (KOA Fifty·two), Hong Kong)

Pick-up time: Monday to Sunday (10:00am-8:00pm).

Pick-up in MTR Stations
There is also pick-up service in the MTR Stations (Central/ Sheung Wan Stations only). 

Customers can select their pick-up date, time and location at order checkout.

*Free shipping will be provided if you spend more than HKD$1200 (except for remote areas and outlying islands)

DELIVERY TIME

Our daily delivery slots are: 10:00-13:00, 13:00-16:00 and 16:00-20:00.

There is no specified delivery time during our standard hours. During the standard delivery time, we cannot provide you with an accurate arrival time. If you need to arrive at an ideal time, you can consider the "Delivery at Appointed time service"*.

DELIVERY AT APPOINTED TIME

Any deliveries within the appointed time (e.g. 12:00 or 16:00-17:30) will have a surcharge of HK$100.00. Please specify the delivery time * on “Additional Details".

If the extra $100.00 fee is paid, we will send someone to deliver your order specifically, which will 99% be guaranteed to arrive within the specified time. If not, we will refund the $100 fee.

HOLIDAY DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS

During days such as Valentine's Day, Christmas, Mother's Day, and other major festivals, due to a large number of orders, we cannot guarantee that all goods will arrive on time. The delivery schedule during holidays are 10:00am-18:00pm. Please try to select your delivery time within this time slot. It is recommended to pick up your order at the store or MTR stations during the festival.

 

UNABLE TO REACH OUT THE RECIPIENT/ SENDER

If the recipient refuses to sign for the goods, no one receives the goods, or the recipient is out of contact for more than 15 minutes, the delivery person will return the goods to our store, and the customer will have to bear the delivery cost both back and forth.

BAD WEATHER ARRANGEMENT

1. All Pickup/ Delivery services will be suspended if either Black Rainstorm Warning/ Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted before 09:00, until the signal is downgraded or cancelled. 
2. All Pickup services will remain as normal if either Black Rainstorm Warning/ Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted after 10:00 in the morning. While the Delivery service will be suspended until the signal is downgraded or cancelled. Customer who has chosen our Delivery Service, can arrange self-pick up or third party delivery service according to different circumstances. The charged delivery fee will be full refunded by the same payment method as how customer paid their order on ARTZII website. *Please prioritise the concern of actual traffic condition & safety of yourself and the third party delivery team.
3. If either Black Rainstorm Warning/ Typhoon Signal No. 8 is downgraded or cancelled between 07:30-12:30, for those pickup/ delivery orders between 10:00-14:00 will be postponed to a later time on the same day/ cancelled/ refunded with credit points on ARTZII website, with no expiry day. The credit points can be used in your next time purchase. We will contact you for your preference for rearrangement.
4. If either Black Rainstorm Warning/ Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is still hoisted at 16:00pm, all orders of the day will be cancelled & refunded with credit points on ARTZII website, with no expiry day. The credit points can be used in your next time purchase.
5. We hope you understand that under the bad weather condition, our delivery service is highly possible to be affected due to the unforeseeable circumstances. Our team will try the best to fulfil all customers' demand under a feasible & safe condition.
