To order online or Facebook, simply browse our selection of flower arrangements and add the desired products to your cart. Once you are satisfied with your selection, proceed to checkout and fill out the necessary and correct information, so we can send you back the conformation with receipt to your email and deliver the flower to the correct address. If you prefer to order via Whatsapp or Instagram direct message, simply text us and our staff will assist you with your order.

Absolutely! We do provide bespoke service, offering a variety of customization options, including the type of flowers, colors, and sizes. If you have a specific request or idea in mind, please let us know through our website, Facebook, Whatsapp or Instagram and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. You may also send some photos for reference, but the actual products maybe different from the references due to flowers shortage or vary by seasons, also some adjustment on packaging. At the time of ordering, we consider that you have read and accepted the above terms and conditions and thanks you for your understanding.

We are still in the process of establishing our operations, we are currently able to offer delivery services for orders placed 4 days in advance. We understand that some customers may require same-day delivery, but unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate those requests at this time. However, we are actively working on implementing same-day delivery options in the near future, so please stay tuned!
